Living Space:
Enter the property into a lovely open plan living space with Kitchen Lounge and dining area for 4 adults all overlooking wonderful garden views. There is a TV and a DVD player.
In 1 double bed, 1 double futon and ensuite bathroom

A sunny terrace spot surrounded by plants and a picket fence with outside seating for 2.
The Workshop is situated in a stunning rural setting surrounded by miles and miles of beautiful Kent countryside ideal for walking your dog.
Things you need to know:
The Workshop can comfortably sleep 2 adults and 2 children. This property is not suitable for 4 adults.
Starter essentials such as a toilet roll, a dishwasher tablet, washing up liquid etc but guests will be required to top up once finished during their stay.
The bathroom is upstairs and only accessible through the bedroom. There is a small bath. Please note the upstairs is a “loft” space and therefore pitched either side.
The Workshop has 3 steps leading into it.

Great location near to my family in lyminge. Sat nav took us straight to venue. Beautiful decorated and everything in their you need

A stunning location

We are about 10 minutes drive from M20 junction 11.
As a rural property please be prepared for country lanes and agricultural vehicles.
We have ample parking right outside The Workshop and house keeping on site during stay for effortless check in and out.
Please feel free to bring your pet, there is a thirty five pounds per pet per stay charge applied.
