Welcome to the North Stable and Crabtree farm - We've furnished the stable with many modern touches, local art, uncovered original wooden beams, mango wood storage. We've made sure it's cosy in the winter months with an entire underfloor heating system in the bathroom.
Our family home - Crabtree Farm is an 18th century Grade II listed farmhouse situated on the outskirts of the rural village of Hastingleigh, an area of outstanding natural beauty high on the Kent Downs. We have two cosy converted stables, the north and south, backing on to 10 acres of beautiful open fields.
We have animals on the farm, including sheep, chickens, cats and a dog, and lots of free-roaming wildlife.
Crabtree Farm is located along a quiet country lane and is surrounded by England's best countryside, with many great walks, drives and attractions (an abundance of heritage sites and fun places to go for families). With a short drive/walk, you're in the Wye national nature reserve - a place to experience spectacular wildlife, hiking trails & sweeping views.
We also have the South Stable for let should you require more space for family or friends.

Ashford
The historic village of Wye is only 3 miles away, here you will find gastro pubs, boutique restaurants, bakers, butchers, a great coffee shop, and a well-stocked general store that is open 7 days a week.
There is also a farmers market every other week, on the 1st and 3rd Saturday of the month.
Getting around
Although situated in a truly rural location we are a short drive to;
Wye - 8 mins
Ashford, Folkestone and Canterbury - 20 mins,
White Cliffs of Dover - 35 mins.
While the fabulous seaside towns of Whitstable, Broadstairs, Ramsgate and Deal are around a 45 min drive.
Our favourite local has been a pub of the year, 3 years in a row - The Bowl Inn is a 5-10 minute walk away.
