Kitchen/ Dining Room: a superbly appointed kitchen features a large stone-topped central island, surrounded by modern appliances including three ovens, a microwave, two dishwashers, two sinks, a fridge freezer, and a five-ring gas hob. It's a haven for culinary enthusiasts. The dining area, with its extendable table, opens onto a private garden through sliding doors.
Utility Room: Adjacent to the kitchen with a washing machine and leading through to a sizeable,
Wet Room: suitable for guests with mobility needs, 2 shower heads, bath, grabrails, shower and toilet chair if required
Sitting Room: just off the dining area, boasting double aspect windows overlooking the garden, 2 sofas
TV Snug: Large TV with enormous U-shaped sofa
Bedroom 1: (sleeps 2) downstairs kingsize bedroom, perfect for guests with mobility concerns, leading off from the TV snug with direct access from the hall and the adjacent downstairs WC.
Garage: leading from the utility room, the garage has been equipped with gym equipment
Study: (sleeps + 2) offering a quiet separate space for remote working. The sofa becomes a sofa bed sleeping an additional 2 people.

Beautiful amazing house! One of the best houses we have stayed at ever. Clean modern beautifully decorated. The host was amazing and location is prime location walking distance from downtown Canterbury. Highly recommend staying here and 5 stars!
